Pretty standard stuff. As I have mentioned previously, I have been involved in setting up talking point cheat sheets. I would be more worried if people like the president/VP, etc. did not use them.

The existence of talking points is not the issue here. The talking points themselves, and whether they were influenced by Hunter's involvement, are the issue.

One can easily imagine Hunter having direct access to whatever deep state interns develop the talking points, and one can imagine those interns being excited to befriend Hunter.
