Attacking the Finances

Tired of seeing the
GestapoJustice Department using lawfare to bankrupt people trying to defend themselves.I propose that from now on, if Justice loses a case, the defendent is reimbursed all legal fees and that reimbursement comes out of the Justice Department budget

That's different and you know it. Government has the ultimate deep pockets. Shucks, the Feds just print more money when they need it.
How 'bout the State of New York brings bogus charges against you and decides to throw $40M in the prosecutor's pot to make sure they either bankrupt you or get a conviction. Now, maybe $40M in defense lawyers doesn't concern you. Pocket change, you say.
Well, at what point is it no longer Justice? $50M? $70M?
Just think to yourself, how much money would it take to break me?

Would you limit that only to the USDOJ or generalize it to all similar departments of state and local governments?
