More accurately, drop dead.
One of my daughter's classmates dropped dead today. She was 36. Other than being a bit fluffy, no other known problems

If she were in her fifties, I'd say no, but 37 is pretty young, without a bunch of problems.
You know, I worked in a small, but busy indigent care hospital. We did 40 or so a year, back in the 80's...Maybe close to one per week. By the early 2000's, probably not even 20/year.
I went back and looked at the old case logs from the early and mid-60's. We were doing over 100 per year or a couple every week.
