It is. I never have had a problem there (spent more than one year +), but I am generally a rule follower. LOL
They dont have it anymore, but they used to have paper entry cards, and in BIG BOLD RED letters, they had a statement that "drug smuggle was punishable by death".
The joke in Singapore is that it is a "Fine" city. A fine for this a fine for that, etc etc. LOL
