      Interesting article. It seems a bit premature to evaluate - in that 1) the launch collided with the pandemic - which didn't help anything, 2) implementation of ancillary support services takes some time, and 3) complete elimination of a stick to enforce probably doesn't help. I'd like to think some hybrid between what was there before and now might succeed.

        My cousin is a state trooper in Colorado, based in Denver. he says Denver has become a cesspool since legalization, that fentanyl and other very bad drugs are proliferating, overdoses keep climbing. Might be expected since we removed the profit from weed.
