Since Ray Epps has sued Fox and Wray got raked over the coals for not arresting Ray, even though he was caught on film, urging people to enter the Capitol on Jan 6, media outlets from MSNBC to Rolling Stone to the Washington Post have referred to the former insurrection as a protest, when referring to Mr. Wray.
If Mr. Wray is now arrested (it's only taken over two years. Maybe they used the same guys that investigated the cocaine baggie at the Whitehouse), wonder if it becomes an insurrection again?
