New Lake in California -- "Zombie" Lake?

Article about a lake that just appeared after a recent flood in California. Roughly the size of Lake Tahoe. Seemingly beautifully water. But toxic -- underneath the surface is flooded farmland, with chemicals, heavy equipment, power lines etc. Not save to swim in, not suitable for recreation. But nice to look at from the "shore."
No special reason, I just find this phenomenon interesting.
