I wonder if rich people who donate to colleges (not just medical) will somehow put in some sort of stipulation that they will get their money back if their son/daughter/grandson/granddaughter does not get accepted to the school. LOL
Because, if Daddy went to College X and donates USD$XX million to the school, he would not be too happy if his son applies and is denied entrance.

Sure, for private schools, why not? You get what you pay for.
Public schools might be different.
