      One major problem with the circuit court ruling, IMO. This is a charter school. While it is publicly funded. It’s not publicly mandated to attend.

        And frankly, why does this have to be litigated? It’s a school you can choose to send your kids to. You don’t like the dress code, send them elsewhere.

          There needs to be a legal standing for removing a case due to someone being a dickhead. It doesn’t set precedent, it doesn’t determine caselaw, it just states this is something really stupid to be arguing about and we are moving on.

              We were the classes that pretty much eliminated the dress code in our district in 1969. Now the parents want stricter ones. The pendulum swigs...

                  I think SCOTUS' point is that if you take public funds you're subject to the constitution's restrictions, etc.
