Price-gouging Ford and its price-gouging dealer network, need to get the crap kicked out of them.

    https://www.mlive.com/public-interest/2023/06/ford-layoffs-loom-for-salaried-workers-in-us-and-canada.html

These (it ain't just Ford) greedy companies have focused on chasing the government teat through EV subsidies or have abandoned the lower segments of the car, truck and SUV market.

Look at the Maverick. Production maxed out for months. But then Ford decides to give priority to upscale trims and options. Oh, you poor consumer...we're sorry to inform you that your affordable base model Maverick won't be available for another year, but if you'll just take this Lariat edition for $5,000 more, you can have your truck in four to six weeks. 😊

There is no reason Ford, GM or whatever the hell Chrysler is now, can't turn out a $20k compact, a $25k small truck, family sedan or compact SUV, or a $30k full-size pickup or SUV. They're greedy.

A pox on all their houses.
