      I often reflect on the vice presidents of the company I work for and their full throated support of DEI. They clown themselves, and it is a question for the ages, the extent to which they are aware of the self-clowning. Humans tend to truly believe that which they need to believe, for their own advantage. And it is not a viable career strategy to not be a full supporter of DEI in large companies.

      Education is extremely important.

        Yeah, but the leader of Blackrock is different. They don’t follow the trend, they set it. Their residential real estate investments are particularly bothersome with their supposed commitment to social causes.

          I would not be opposed to making them divest their single family home holdings.
