    Then there is also Russia's nuclear arsenals ... if there is not a strong enough central government in Russia to control those nuclear arsenals, what then?

      The universe is not absent of possibilities that letting Russia take Ukraine, was in everybody's interest, other than Ukraine.

      Education is extremely important.
