By the way, Wesley Snipes got 3 years for tax evasion.
Just sayin'.
He got three years for being black.
Welcome to America. Home of the free? More like home of racism.

I guess we do have systemic racism after all.
I mentioned Wesley Snipes and Lauren Hill.
Here's another story of laws being enforced:
https://reason.com/2023/06/20/hes-facing-life-in-prison-for-owning-firearms-without-a-license/
tl;dr version:
Guy shoots and kills a man who attacked him. He's being prosecuted, not for the killing, which was justified, but for improper registration of his firearms.
Fire-ARMS - police searched his apartment and found that the guns were unlicensed.

BTW, see where Huhter's lawyer said the laptop was never mentioned in discussions?
Why should it? FBI's only had it for four years. It's old news...
Actually, he said he "doesn't recall" if it was mentioned. That's different.

Seems highly unlikely that the Trump appointee would do that or let it be done to him without quitting publicly.
On the other hand, to thoroughly exhaust every lead on several years (decades?) worth of a professional name-grifter’s email does seem like it would take an awfully long time, especially all the international interactions.
