    Netflix has a 3 episode series on Arnold Schwarzenegger. Each an hour in length, the first covers his childhood and career in bodybuilding, the second in acting, and the third in politics. It kept my attention the whole time, definitely worth a look.

          He didn't, but I'd say he did the most in recent years to bring it into public consciousness. Which is a good thing, because the bullshit purported in the other thread is now the prevailing theory.

                I like any idea that distinguishes between the brain state one can achieve through drugs, and something better.
