Kewl Blast From the Past
-
I finally upgraded my bandwidth plan and now have lotsa bandwidth to splurge like regular people. I'm happily re-watching John Carpenter's They Live with its great soundtrack and scrumptious Roddy Piper. He has just discovered the Sunglasses and is in a state of shock. He's in a store and the Sunglasses expose -- well, not to spoil, but they expose what they're designed to expose. He says to a woman, "Your face looks like it fell in the cheese dip back in 1957." He says to another woman, "You? You're normal. But this one," gesturing to the first woman, "Formaldehyde Face."
I forgot how much I liked this movie.
