โ€œCry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!โ€

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terroristsโ€™ "due process". โ€” Buck Sexton

Sure, but for the mere mortals out there, the real YouTube money isn't in ad revenue.

      Please love yourself.

The interesting part is what sort of content provider rises to the top of the subscriber numbers. I've heard a long form interview with young Mr Beast. He's a talent, but his content is the key. Lowest common denominator lizard brain non-political non-thoughtful stuff.

        Education is extremely important.

Most of us intellerectual types are too busy writing our treatises of an evening to waste valuable time on mainstream social media, so the vacuum left behind is quickly filled by those with nothing better to do.

          I was only joking

It was an observation, not a value judgment.

This is often the kind of evidence support you'll hear from the "see, our attention spans are less than that of a GOLDfish!" bullshit. It's not, it's just that our lizard brains are easy to hack with technology. It doesn't mean we actually value Mr. Beast's work over John Grisham's, or that there's no place in the world for anything other than TikTok or YouTube. It just means going lowbrow is an easy way to make money, which, last I checked wasn't anything new.

                  Please love yourself.

                    Taryl Fixes All

This guy is awesome - he has videos showing how to fix all kinds of small engine problems. I have used several of them.

And provides an ongoing series of storylines showing the happenings at the Grass Rats Garage.

                    And there's your dinner.
