          I'm still enjoying my part time gig. Right now I'm helping them restructure the way the team approaches projects to make it work better. Not necessarily more efficiently, but better for the staff.

            It feels like a bunch of people retired prematurely during Covid, and most of our current problems are down to the pandemic, whatever politicians might want you to believe.

            So, it's not really a surprise people need to go back to work.
