It goes without saying that the leftist-incubated American inner city black culture, doesn't interface well with other cultures across the world. Americans tolerate it because there is a social gun to our head.
It's unfortunate that this business owner's experiences are only with blacks from that culture. Now she's rolled up all American blacks into it, which of course is not fair.
