        The solution is not to exempt small scale "home kitchens" that sell food to the public from regulations, but to regulate in a manner that small scale "home kitchens" can remain compliant without undue burden on the operators of such "home kitchens."

            Roadside BBQ used to be big around Fort Worth/Dallas, I don't know if it is still allowed.
