There need not be such a "war" if we make voter registration mandatory like we do Selective Service registration. Just make it apply to all eligible persons regardless of sex/gender.

Courthouse or registration at other buildings by Registrar of Voter staff. In person, no exceptions.

No mail in ballots, except for military and U.S. Government employees stationed overseas. All voting will be done in person, with picture ID and signature. Voting will be done by paper ballot and counting will be observed by all concerned parties.

Early voting allowed at the Registrar's office or at other government buildings (example: Fire station). Early voting period shall not exceed three weeks.

Voter fraud is a mandatory five year sentence, at hard labor, no parole. And when I say hard labor, I want them doing physical work on public property, from the county vegetable farm to sweeping the courthouse.

Doubt in elections topples governments and destroys countries. Let there be no doubt in America's elections.
