Let me turn the question around. How is that incitement?

There may or may not have been a crime committed. That's for the cops and judges to sort out. Personally, I think a bad problem exists, that caused this situation to be manifested.

What it was not, was a "public execution". That's a loaded statement, red meat for the Left Wing.
