      When I was a kid , Alpen was pretty much the only muesli available. I’d always assumed it was European but apparently it’s British. That probably makes it even more appealing.

            Muesli is awesome. Toss-up between that and oatmeal for ideal breakfast.

              I do prefer it lightly toasted which I suppose makes it granola.

              If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

                I mix mine with blueberries and plain yogurt. At Xmas time I treat myself either demarara sugar or honey in the mix. Divinely decadent.
