My question is the same as Jolly’s. How did an illegal have an AR-15? I suspect he didn’t buy it legally. Gun laws wouldn’t do a damn thing for this. Border security would have.
It's not just that he had an AR-15 illegally. When the deputies talked to him, why wasn't his illegal immigrant status known by them?
