While we're on the subject of bread...

Well now, there is quite a bit out there on this. I never knew sourdough was healthier. I just thought it was delicious and makes great toast and tomato sandwiches (with the bread lightly toasted). Turns out it is better.

Annnd it seems he is right.

I'm agnostic on chiropractors when it comes to musculoskeletal things. THat's their training, and, yes, I've been to one.
But the question remains, long-term, is there REALLY any difference? In my case, no. My back healed fine with and without the chiropractor.
When chiropractors start talking about heart disease, stroke, cancer...that's a yuge red flag for me.

Never been to one. One or two friends frequent(ed) chiropractors for one or another ache or pain. Can’t say their visits ever resulted in a long term cure of their complaints. The chiro always seemed to treat the immediate symptoms but never determined the actual cause. They would feel some relief for a day or two and that was about it. Problem persisted until such time that went to their doctor and underwent physiotherapy.
Also saw “veterinarian chiros” work on horses back in the day. Didn’t do anything, other make the owner feel good about doing something. In fact, I saw more gimpy horses straightened out by the ferrier giving a good hoof trim or corrective shoeing.
