    Perfect analogy, I think.

    tl;dr
Like Paul Newman said, a courtroom is not a place of justice. The lawyers are there to win by any means necessary, not find the truth. But the process works because there's a judge guiding the proceedings at every turn. There's still a chance at justice.

The problem with the American left is that they employ the exact same tactics in public discussions: winning by any means necessary. "Lying, slandering, doxing, and deplatforming are all justifiable tools in the Internet litigator’s toolbox." Except there is no judge. No judge, no out-of-bounds. That's why we're all screwed.

    Please love yourself.

Yes, good article. I'm concerned about Aqua though. He has been making a lot of sense lately, at least to me. Not sure if that is good or bad.

Regarding the article: When I was in grad school, in my first seminar the prof stated that if anyone turned in anything using only the male pronoun, the grade would be an instant F with no appeals accepted. He was a former college president, Univ. of California, Irvine. Absolutely brilliant, and a true Liberal in the best sense of the term, way ahead of his time.
