Yet many med schools go (far) beyond basic DEI to ask about identity, sexual orientation, anti-racism and proof that the applicant is committed to social justice issues.
If I understand this correctly, we need more doctors who can't tell the difference between the reproductive system and the digestive system.

I assume in this context diversity means the new meaning of diversity, not the old meaning of diversity.

I long for the days when there was no "essay" required.
Have a good GPA in college.
Do well on the MCAT.
