But, OTOH, we don't know what law Trump allegedly violated either. Bragg told us that yesterday.

Admitting they're doing in order to retaliate for Trump doesn't exactly seem like the smartest move in the world.

There aren’t a lot of prominent Dems from red states - are they going to try to prosecute Joe Manchin?

Maybe Hunter Biden resided in a GOP controlled county at some point in the last 10 years. Occasionally Westchester county gets GOP government, I suppose they could go after the Clintons. But when there is a Republican elected here, they are usually on the moderate side, more focused on property taxes than drinking liberal tears.

No, I look at it as a two-fer...

1. If they (Dems) ever had established any type of residency, they're now fair game.
2. The simple fear of being indicted will make them keep their ass in New York, California, etc
