That’s precisely what the Non Exclusive Franchise is… A promise from Baltimore that they will match the market value or trade you. You don’t determine your value to the market the market determines your value. It’s not the Ravens fault that your market value isn’t what you think it is.

Word on the street is he wants 5 years, $250M filly guaranteed. The Ravens made him an offer that would have fully guaranteed $200M for 3 years, and if they voided the last two years, he would have been a free agent in 3 years, in his prime, in a market where the QB rates will be over $50 Million. It’s a better offer than what he wanted, but he walked away because it wasn’t “fully guaranteed”. He has it in his head that he needs to achieve that, even though it is costing him dollars.

A man that represents himself has a fool for a client, but this guy is something special.

He lost six game last season to injuries, and a couple games the year before. His performance this coming year is aa question mark.

It was six the year before, as well. And the 6 this season was on a “week by week” type of injury. It really does appear that he just called it quits on the team in the last third of the season… And they expect teams to line up for that? Well… The Browns would, but they’ve already made their mistake…

The NFL is a copycat league. Read-option is great in college and does work in the pros...For awhile.
No running QB will make a 17-game season every year or have very long career. Too many hits. There is a reason the average running back has a four-year career.
