If true, wouldn't that be something?

I suspect that means every Proud Boy case would be tossed?

1. Spying on and filtrating the opposing side's legal team is wrong
2. Unless members of a legal team are themselves subjects of investigations, law enforcement should not be spying on or inflating any legal team
3. Just because a legal team made an accusation does not mean it is true.
