Blue cheese is good but I’ll take Stilton or, even better, Shropshire, any day over Blue.

@Catseye3 Yes. Lots of hard sauce. Sometimes the hard sauce all by itself, after the plum pudding is gone. Hard sauce is the BEST.

This is one of my absolute favorite cheeses - (it’s actually 2 together) - It’s called Huntsman - a double Gloucester and Stilton. Can’t find it here.
