I'd hate to see him be arrested because it would clearly increase his popularity. I don't understand anybody not getting this.
Also, I rather doubt he broke the law. If they can prove he stole campaign funds, that would be hilariously stupid of him.

Rachel’s old boss was seated at her table at a charity event once. Apparently when they met, she offered her hand as if to be kissed, not shaken.
