Two years after trashing Trump's EO on Tik-Tok, The Resident has decided he will sign legislation banning it .

Tik-Tok, reinstituting some Trump rules on the border, a sudden awareness of the crime problem...The Chameleon is morphing...

My only exposure to it is via tweets that someone posts. No account, no app, never been on the website.

It is an amazing app - and while it initially was young person focused, there are now lots of people posting on various subjects - much like with FB groups. One can learn a lot - history, meal preparation, exercise, dance moves, medical information, bits of movies, etc. I follow a couple of former Julliard students, fitness counsel, and some political stuff. Oh yeah - a lot of interesting military stuff - history, demonstrations of equipment, etc.

I followed these guys since their days of cruising on their small motorcycles all around China. Nothing really deep here, but they're fun to listen to:

Just keep sending them Japanese art. They’ll love that.

The information density is super high. It’ll pack a gourmet recipe into all the salient steps and visuals into a 30 second clip.

I don’t use it myself - but the algorithm is very effective at condensing info.
