      Corporate employees are expected to join the affinity groups of their race and employers and activists closely scrutinize the race, gender and sexuality of officials, executives and creatives.

      It is really funny how we've merged the ideas of sexuality and race into one big oppression pile. I watched this live in my company's most recent inclusivity day, which gave minorities and gay people a platform to emote in front of the company about their life challenges.

      I don't really think skin color groups and sexuality groups have much in common culturally. I'm pretty sure inner city black kids with no father who came up through the academic ranks to land a corporate job, won't resonate with gay white males from upper middle class families, and their struggles to be accepted in high school. But there they are, all sharing their stories together on leftist oppression fetishism day at the workplace.

      Education is extremely important.
