      I think that McDonald does a pretty good job of "adapting" to the local country. Don't know if it is still true, but when McDonald first opened in Taiwan and for a while afterward, the biggest seller on the menu was fried chicken. Corn soup is a big seller also.

        Yeap, McDonald's serves some pretty good chicken porridge in parts of South East Asia, and delightful shrimp and teriyaki sandwiches in Japan. 😋
