I'd walk off.

If I were a woman. This is ridiculous.

I'm sure there's some hormone testing, but the muscle development a guy has, along with those bigger bones, isn't going to be completely reversed.
As a father who had a daughter win a state championship in the sport and has been to waaay too many meets, the gap between male and female competitors is vast. Lower body strength is closer, but for an event like bench press, most gals lift around 60%(or less) of what guys do.

Woke idiots in charge.
There are so many limitations one faces for physical or intellectual conditions. If you're quite dull witted you won't get into med school, no matter how much you identify as being a doctor. If you are 5'6" you are not going to play in the NBA. or college level for that matter.
These questions are no different. You cannot compete in women's sports because no matter what you do or take or cut off, you are not a woman.

My old high school had pretty crappy boys teams, at least most of the tine. OTOH, our girls were juggernauts. The school trophy case was thirty feet long and littered with girl's state championship trophies.
Those girls worked very hard for those trophies. Sweated blood and tears. I have a very high appreciation for female athletes.
It cheapens their sacrifice and efforts to compete against faux women.
