    It's killing itself...

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

It's interesting to ponder how much of our social mores would crumble under an objective understanding of IQ and its effects. All of this education equity stuff is founded on the dismissal of the concept of intellectual ability with regards to education. An acceptance of that long-established science and an honest reckoning with it, would reshape many of our most meaningful social ideas. And it wouldn't increase hate. It would disassemble most of our progressive white women inspired politics though. Here I go channeling Charles Murray. Shame on me.

      Education is extremely important.

But the great equalizer AI will make most quantifiable "ability" obsolete anyway, so maybe we just have to wait it out. The AI will do all the work, the government will find a way to distribute the wealth that creates, and everybody will have a 'college degree' that won't possibly matter anyway.

        Education is extremely important.

Final exam in order to receive your degree, is to think about the following by Whitehead, and discuss as a deeply thought-out essay.
Time limit is 2 hours (if pursuing a BA), or if using ChatGPT, 30 seconds (if pursuing a BS).

"Education is, the acquisition of the art of the utilization of knowledge."

I've always wanted to be able to give this or similar to entering freshmen (leaving out my sarcasm of course), and then again at the end of the degree program, just to see how much intellectual growth has taken place after 4 years and a boatload of money.

          It would be fun!
