My friend saw him at the Brooklyn Nets game last night. He's thinner now than when he left the presidency, in a good way I'd say.

Well, yeah, but I don't think he's ever really denied himself when it comes to...fun. Kessler's book talks about the atmosphere on Air Force One when Bill Clinton was flying. It was very different from the atmosphere when Hillary was with him.
