They seem to work too. My understanding is that they work by acting on the brain circuits for satiety and hunger.
Big results - but as with things like statins and blood pressure meds, you have to keep taking them or the effect goes away.
I think they're like $10K per year right now.

I took Bupropion to help me quit smoking. It worked well, but it sure made me feel weird. The idea of taking it all the time isn't very appealing, however I guess people do for depression. It presumably beats the alternative feeling.
