Never heard it expressed that way. I did however hear it expressed as a vaccinated person becoming a vector for the disease. Essentially it means that the vaccination itself causes a person to be an infected albeit asymptomatic, conduit for the spread of the virus throughout the community.

You’re right, like sin entering the corpus, it’s a matter of nanoseconds and it’s there, the vaccinated becomes an infectious contagion vectoring diseased corruption throughout the community!
