I used to enjoy doing the NYT crossword when I was working. With a colleague, we could get through most of them, up until Thursday or Friday, when they became really difficult and obscure.

They frequently have a "theme." One of them had the answers as Elizabeth Taylor's husbands' last names.

    Hilton
    Wilding
    Todd
    Fisher
    Burton
    Burton
    Warner
    Fortensky

Anyhow, today's puzzle is really creative:

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

@George-K Finished it an hour ago. It was a pretty good one. I do NYT and the WSJ crosswords everyday. Gotta love retirement!

I can mon-Thursday pretty well. Fri and sat impossible. Sundays are usually a big Thursday but today was harder.
