I’m not sure what scripture confirms that only men can be pastors.
But I agree with the final quote.
“ I’m burdened by the attempt to disfellowship Saddleback for this very reason; it’s not about Scripture, or adherence to BFM2K (Baptist Faith and Message 2000) that does not address women’s ordination, or wmn (women) serving as associate pastors,” McKissic, senior pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas, said on Twitter. “It’s driven by power, male supremacy; and it stinks in the nostrils of God.”

12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve; 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. - 1 Timothy:12-14.
That's not to say that women cannot teach in the church. Consider:
25 He had been instructed in the way of the Lord. And being fervent in spirit,4 he spoke and taught accurately the things concerning Jesus, though he knew only the baptism of John. 26 He began to speak boldly in the synagogue, but when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained to him the way of God more accurately. - Acts 18:25-26
There's a lot more out there, but it's very evident from the Christian Church's Jewish roots and from Paul's writings, that women should not teach the Bible to men in a congregational worship setting.
