Some vehicles are not imported into America.
One that comes to mind is the Honda 350CB RS. A single cylinder, OHC thumper, it's sold in India.
Right now, there is a movement back to smaller bikes by the younger crowd, because of cost, fuel economy and the ease of handling a smaller bikes in everyday riding.

Small bikes are good match for EV.
Lighter and not expected to go long distance.
No need to budget for in-cabin heating/cooling.
More likely that it can get away with much smaller batteries, much shorter charging time, less stress on the electrical grid and charging infrastructure.
