Perhaps related - I was listening to a guest of Glenn Loury talk about the case - himself a professor of criminology and former cop. He was suspicious why the released video started when it did and not earlier. He was sure the earlier video existed and that it “probably wasn’t withheld because it made the cops look good”.
Perhaps the personal connection was made apparent in the earlier part of the video.
At any rate the prosecutor will have it.
