Clarkson’s Farm 2

He's getting old.
I watched the first one and a bit of the second. They can't build fence. That field fence is too light. The fence is wrong for cattle. And his posts are too shallow.
I don't know UK cattle breeds, so I'm not sure what he has. Seems to me, if he wanted to sell his own beef, why not Angus?

Just wrapped up the season. He is really fighting against the local commissions… I wonder how much goes back to the time he blew up his house?

Great Britain cannot feed itself.
After watching some of the silliness of their agriculture policy, I don't think they ever will. We've got serious problems, but they're nuts, living in the past.

It looks pretty bad, but I did try to remind Karla that we saw one side of the story, very heavily edited, and by a guy that’s known to be… Let’s just say unequivocal about his views and stances…

Yes, and that became my problem with the later years of Top Gear and pretty much all of The Grand Tour.
It became long-form theater. All scripted, all designed to charm/surprise/amaze, and all very flashy.
It's a movie with a bit of reality thrown in.

I'm plowing through the second half of the series. Much more enjoyable than the first half, so much of which stroked me as staged for the sake of making you laugh (yeah, I know).
But in the 2nd half, his struck as being more fun with his struggles with local government.
