It helps that my wife was an ophthalmic tech, but I think anybody could order ok, especially single vision.

Make sure you're signed in, go through all the stuff, all the specs you want, etc., put it in the cart, go to checkout, and turn off your browser.
You'll very often get a discount a few days to a week later due to your abandoned cart.
