Came across a 2014 paper talking about machine learning and the various problems/challenges concerning its longer term maintenance, continuous development, use, and integration in larger systems.

Not a “here’s our new idea/discovery/proposal” paper or a “hypothesis/theory/experiment/data/proof” paper, more a “this is what we have been seeing as practitioners and this is how we think of it” paper. I think it will speak to many software developers/engineers, even those not working on machine learning projects.
