The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

      Of those, my favorites,

      1. Western
      2. Musicals
      3. War

Those graphs are sending me a message

Would have been better (for me at least) if the left graph % was the same for all graphs. Anyway, what is the difference between "thriller" and "action"?

I like documentaries and am surprise that it has been kind of recent that they have gotten more popular.

I also like musicals, and they are not very popular. Surprise also that there were musicals in the 1910's (silent movie time).

I wasn’t even aware that they still made comedies any more.

          Elbows up!

Yeah, but I think today's "comedies" have a different meaning than what you're thinking of.

It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World

The Russians are Coming, The Russians are Coming

              The Odd Couple

The Three Stooges Ants in the Pantry

              The Producers

              The Pink Panther

That was classic comedy, good stuff

The Middle Ages, some ok stuff

              Slapshot

              Zoolander

              Men in Black

              Back to the Future

Current, say the last 5 years

Help me think of something that isn't mainly bathroom jokes and vulgar language and stupid stuff that isn't funny.
