If you look at the difference between the requirements for industrial use of hazardous materials (typically by trained idiots personnel), and those for use by the regular Joe, it's a little scary.

Of course, whether tightening up regulations will make any difference is somewhat debatable. The idiot always gets through.

There is a pretty good market in "unsafe" gas cans and nozzles because the CPSC design is so stupid!
