Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

Very simple. Stop providing these services to the islanders.

During the pandemic they lost their temporary summer workers many of whom come from Europe.

So they have to find, year round, local talent, but these can't afford housing.

So they build cheap housing that creates need for more services (police, fire, school, sanitation) for these new residents, that creates a need for even more people.

There is only so much room. The island has already lost some appeal due to crowding.

My airplane on Nantucket, July 2013. You save $5 per night if you park on the grass, I was alone on the grass.

Mine is the one with a propeller.

(The others all have jets, Gates, Kerry, Heinz, Huizenga and so on)

Wasn't there a big HUD push during the Obama administration to make housing less "exclusive" by changing zoning laws to permit low-income multifamily housing in "affluent" areas?

                Hey Copper,
You need a bumper sticker that says,
"my other plane is a Gulfstream"
I wonder if those rich farts would find that funny..?
Oh, wait. I'm not sure, again, which one is your airplane in the picture? The white one?
                OK, another bumper sticker:
                "my other plane is black."
                Now THAT they'd find funny!
                Seriously, do it.
