What's your source? I found this Twitter: "Damar Hamlin is with the team right now in the locker room. I was told he’s not going to be coming out on the field."

Fox Sports.
Hamlin rode into the stadium on a Security cart. They showed his mom walking inside the stadium.
I assume they will be in the owner's box suite.

He's in the Bill's box.
The broadcast crew said he has been at the training facility multiple times this week. He still has to have supplemental oxygen and constantly monitors his SaO2.
Guy has a long row to hoe...

Yeah and that surprises me. Were his lungs that damaged?

More from ESPN: "Hamlin was not in attendance for the Bills' win over the Miami Dolphins in Orchard Park to start the playoffs, but he was watching from home. He first visited the team at the practice facility Jan. 14, attending the team's walk-through with family members.
"A few hugs here and there; everybody's chomping at the bit to talk to him and don't want to overload him with too much right now," quarterback Josh Allen said Wednesday. "But it's been good to see him, you know, the smile on his face, and guys love having him back in the building."

@Jolly said in Hamlin just walked into the stadium.:
George? Heart damage? Lung damage?
I would be surprised if there were any pulmonary damage from such an acute event - assuming he didn't get some badness while on the ventilator.
OTOH, having your heart go into VF and then be shocked multiple times - yeah, I can see how they myocardium could be a bit pissed off for a while.
